The Queen of Pop performed in Berlin the other night and, during a slowed down version of “Like a Virgin,” got visibly emotional and cried.
Her crying in front of her fans is interpreted as her response to those who've criticized her on this more recent tour, or simply as a gimmick / piece of performance art.
If it's the former, then, indeed, Madonna is hurt by all the nasty comments coming her way these past weeks.
If not, then she's clearly a much finer actress than her critics ever gave her credit for.
