Madden NFL 15 Shows Plays That Could Have Helped Seahawks Win Super Bowl XLIX

This year’s edition of the Super Bowl might be done, but for fans of the game the action is moving to the virtual space, as plenty of gamers will try to re-create the match or to re-write history and get their favorite team to lift the trophy.

The team at EA Sports is very happy with the fact that its Madden NFL 15-powered simulation for the game managed to accurately predict not only the winner but also the final score, and the official Twitter account has recently delivered a playbook that would have helped the Seahawks avoid their late defeat.

The studio believes, as do plenty of other American football experts, that the best idea would have been to simply give the ball as fast as possible to Marshawn Terrell Lynch, aka Beast Mode, the running back who could have won the game for the team.

The Madden NFL 15 simulation, which is available in video form at the end of this article, was released one week before Super Bowl XLIX and was created using the core elements of the engine, but with data about the players and their performances that is not available for regular gamers.

The game manages to predict all the major moments of the match and the fact that Tom Brady would pick up the Most Valuable Player award at the end.

Madden NFL 15 will continue to get content in the coming months

The football season might be done for the moment, but EA Sports will continue to deliver new content for its sports sim in order to make sure that gamers remain engaged and that the Ultimate Team mode continues to deliver a solid revenue stream.

A new update for the mode will be coming out each week and the studio will also introduce more events that aim to engage fans.

Information on the next title in the Madden series might be offered as soon as May, with a full reveal coming during E3 2015.

EA Sports has recently suggested that with this year’s installment, gamers might be able to stream their own music to the game, rather than rely on the soundtrack curated by the company.
