Apple Specialist and Apple Authorized Service Provider, Macrobatix, has opened a retail store at 9700 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 114 Johns Creek, Ga. The store will not only sell products, it will also provide office or home servicing visits.

Macrobatix says their company is not an ordinary Apple service provider. It claims it has quite a bit of expertise in utilizing Apple products in business environments, and the retailer will not only sell Apple products under license, it will also make office or home visits for installation and service.

Bob Wallis, the shop owner, said: “Most of the Apple specialists in the area do not have hands-on experience in using Apple products in a business environment.”

“Macrobatix is unique because of the expertise we offer to small businesses wanting to operate using Apple products,” added Wallis.

Macrobatix believes the the timing of their opening couldn’t be better now that Apple has announced and begun sales of the iPhone 4S.

Wallis confesses that he lives and breathes Apple, and that he had immense admiration for the late Steve Jobs, Apple’s co-founder, visionary, and leader.

“I have been an Apple user since 1982, and Apple has provided me with a living since the Mac was introduced in 1984,” said Wallis. “Without the innovation and foresight Steve Jobs had in shaping technology, we would not have these amazing Apple products.”

Since it’s an authorized specialist, Macrobatix will not only carry the same products Apple sells throughout its own retail stores, it will also honor Apple-issued warranties.

Wallis said he was so proud of his new store that he would turn it into the firm's headquarters.

At the ‘grand opening’ this weekend, first-day visitors won hourly giveaways, including iPads, iPods and accessories.

Beginning today, the store is open open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. through Saturdau. Operating hours on Sunday are 12 a.m. to 8 p.m.
