TopWare Interactive has confirmed that the launch for Reality Pump's new RPG Two Worlds II is being delayed for both Mac OS X, and Windows PC gamers.

According to a report issued by InsideMacGames today, TopWare said that Two Worlds II was launching on February 4th in North America, rather than the previously announced January 25 release date.

Although it fails to explain why the delay is occurring, the gaming site also reveals that the Royal Edition of the game will also be arriving in February.

“As an avid collector of limited edition games myself, I’m extremely proud to bring the Royal Editions to fans and collectors alike,” Managing Director James Seaman commented.

Royal Edition sets are now available for pre-order exclusively at Gamestop and Amazon, InsideMacGames said.

Reportedly, fans of the game will need to act quickly, as only 5000 units are available in North America.

TwoWorlds II Royal Edition includes: Bonus DVD (With music tracks, concept art, wallpapers, making-of documentary); double-Sided poster with World map of Antaloor; Special Edition Dragon Queen statuette; unlockable in-game weapons and armor; exclusive art book; Two Worlds II Limited Edition Collectables; and Deck of Two Worlds II Playing Cards.

TopWare concluded by saying it was extremely proud to bring its Royal Edition to North America, and that it is looking forward to an amazing launch, according to the same report.

Mac gamers looking to grab their own copy of Two Worlds II should note that the minimum system specs required by the game are an Intel-based Mac with a Core 2 Duo CPU, 2 GB RAM, NVIDIA GF 8800 or AMD RADEON HD graphics, and Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).

Recommended specs include a Core i5 CPU, 4GB of memory and AMD Radeon HD 5750 1GB graphics.
