It is made for embedded computers and either the H81 or Q87 chipset

It's not every day that I see a motherboard whose chipset depends on user choice, but I suppose the name on file differs somewhere, so there are really two motherboards even if MSI advertises them as the same one.

The new platform is called MS-98C7 Mini-ITX and is an embedded mainboard powered by either the cost-effective H81 chipset or the high-end Q87.

In both cases, 4th-gen Intel Core processor are supported, along with up to 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, 3 or 2 display outputs (VGA, LVDS, DisplayPort), Dual Gigabit LAN, Dual Mini-PCIe slots, 5 COM ports, 10 or 8 USB ports (4 x USB 3.0, 6 x USB 2.0), SATA 3.0 storage, and flexible I/O configuration (via BIOS).

Basically, the newcomer has everything needed by digital signage, onboard MOD, and gaming applications. No price is known, though.
