MPIO unveils its latest MG100 4GB DAP. Among others, it features a nice design, a 262k color screen, FM tuner, MTV video playing, all in a 42g body, almost unnoticeable in the hand.

On the outside, it reveals a silver metallic body with a fine touch of black. It is capable of playing vivid sound and video, but it will also record your voice, since it has a voice activation recording feature for quick voice memos.

Apart from playing your favorite music and videos, the player can also slide show all your memories, straight on its 1.5-inch full color TFT LCD display, so it is not just a KMP3 player, but also a WMA and ASF music files player. While you're cut in a traffic jam, this player can keep you up to date with the latest news, as it comes with an incorporated FM tuner, and can also record your favorite radio program you're listening to it.

Following the latest trend in the industry, the MG 100 is equipped to support almost all the video formats available on the market such as: AVI, MPEG, WMV or Quick Time movie formats, which can be converted to the MTV format using the provided MTV converter software.

MPIO claims that the MG 100 player offers up to 20 hours of multimedia entertainment, after just an hour of charge. It uses a lithium polymer power source.

The player comes in different capacities, according to your music needs. You can choose from 1GB/2GB and 4GB versions. The best part is that you can use the MG100 as a portable memory, which can store all your documents, files and more. You won't need any special software installation to use it.
