Having already unveiled a wireless headset, Logitech proceeded towards expanding its audio solutions collection by bringing out no less than five new earphones, namely the Ultimate Ears 500, 350, 200, 500vi and 200vi.

Like all earphones, these products are meant as easy to carry, compact audio solutions for when their owners are traveling or just sitting in front of their PC, mobile or otherwise.

The Ultimate Ears 500vi and 200vi are intended for mobile use, on the go as it were, whereas the others are more inclined towards being plugged into such things as laptops, DVD players and other multimedia devices.

Nevertheless, all five newcomers possess a high level of audio performance and, most importantly, noise-canceling qualities.

What's more, all of them have small and unobtrusive designs and are bundled with five pairs of soft silicone ear cushions (L, M, S, XS, XXS).

"Leading musicians around the globe rely on Ultimate Ears when they perform onstage," said Philippe Depallens, Logitech's vice president and general manager of the Ultimate Ears product unit.

"The same audio engineers who have been building Ultimate Ears custom stage monitors for a decade designed the audio drivers in the new Ultimate Ears line, so you know you'll hear all the detail and depth of the sound around you,” he added.

“Any way you get your music - on your iPod, iPhone, portable music player, DVD player, handheld game or laptop - our newest earphones and headsets let you hear music the way it's meant to be heard," he concluded.

The 500vi and 200vi each boasts an integrated microphone and will become available next month, with a two-year warranty plan and priced at $39.99 and $79.99, respectively.

Finally, the Ultimate Ears 200, Ultimate Ears 350 and Ultimate Ears 500 will sell for $29.99, $49.99 and $69.99, respectively, and will start shipping around the same time.
