Because Kanye raps about making someone a bride, everyone assumed he was talking about his current girlfriend Kim Kardashian, and the rumor mill was set in motion with plenty of talk about their impending nuptials.
In doing so, many missed out on the fact that this track is a very solid one, marking a return to form for Kanye after his more recent, very experimental (but still successful) releases.
Whether Kanye is singing about Kim or not is of no importance, not if you actually take the time to listen to the track, which stands out for many more things than just his connection to the world’s highest paid (and most overexposed) reality star.
