Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods were first linked in the press in late 2012, but they only confirmed the romance in March this year. In the latest issue of Vogue US, the skier is already rushing to deny reports that she’s thinking of getting married to the golfer.

Since before they went public, there have been a lot of rumors saying the two had a very rocky relationship but, every once in a while, a wedding report also emerged online.

Lindsey is now trying to prevent any other such rumors from ever making it in print, by going on the record with her intention to never marry.

She tells the publication she doesn’t regret her first marriage to Thomas Vonn, but she’s not exactly dying to relive the experience either.

“I don't talk to [Thomas]. Honestly, I wouldn't take anything back. It was good for me and I was happy for a period of time and I learned a lot about myself,” she explains.

“To have business in the relationship is very difficult. It definitely did not work for me, and I would not recommend it. I would also not recommend getting married! I am definitely not getting married (again). To anyone,” she says.

Even though she’s not planning her wedding to Tiger, it’s still pretty clear that Lindsey is smitten with him.

Speaking of the first time they met at a charity in 2012, she says they “instantly clicked.” Even so, for some time, they were just friends.

“We talked a lot, corresponded a lot, and he was a good friend who was always there. And then it became more. It's amazing. Life changes very quickly, in a very positive way, if you let it,” Vonn says.

She even addresses the cheating scandal that ended Tiger’s marriage to Elin Nordegren, saying she imagined the media frenzy that their relationship would generate and, as such, was prepared for it.

“But that's the thing: It all comes back to being happy. It doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks; do what you love to do and be happy and that's it,” she says.
