Lindsay Lohan is quickly running out of cash. The actress hasn't landed any roles in a long time and her constant partying must be putting a significant dent in her finances. Her paid club appearances can't possibly be earning her enough money to keep up with her lavish life style. So what's an out-of-work actress to do? Well, write a controversial autobiography, of course.

The Sun is reporting that Lindsay has been playing with the idea of releasing a tell-all book about her tempestuous life. She's promising to not hold anything back, and she'll even dish out that famous list of renowned persons she's had in her bed, you know, the one that “leaked” earlier this year.

In case you don't remember, that list had some very prominent names on it, the likes of Collin Farrell, Justin Timberlake, James Franco and Max George. Of course, many of the men on that list eventually denied any involvement with the “Mean Girls” actress and basically called her a liar.

However, a source close to Lindsay claims that she's serious about penning her autobiography, “Lindsay held meetings at major publishing houses in London recently -- and the stories she promised the literary agents made their jaws drop.”

While Lindsay has been recently in London, it's unlikely that a British publishing house would take her offer into consideration. The source insists that “She's prepared to put everything out there and has already proved she's not shy with the list of men she claims to have slept with.”

The best part of this story is that Lindsay is so delusional that she actually thinks that she can get a famous writer to ghostwrite the autobiography for her. We're talking very famous too, the likes of E.L. James, known for her “Fifty Shades of Grey” novels, or J. K. Rowling, known for her “Harry Potter” books.

The insider reveals that “Lindsay is now looking for a ghost writer. It may seem unlikely, but she thinks she's in with a shot of getting EL James to work on it -- they met recently at [London nightspot] Chiltern Firehouse and got on well. Another pie in the sky idea was that she might persuade JK Rowling to work with her.”

While there is no doubt that a Lindsay Lohan autobiography would be controversial and would sell well in bookstores, it's highly unlikely that E.L. James, or J.K. Rowling for that matter, would even consider writing it for her.
