With reports still making the rounds that inmates at Lynwood are growing sick and tired of Lindsay Lohan, who is getting the A-list treatment even though she’s in isolation from the rest of them, “Pretty Wild” star Alexis Neiers is dishing out on just how broken-hearted LiLo is. Speaking with E! Online fresh out of prison, Alexis says Lindsay has been crying her eyes out ever since she was incarcerated a week ago – but at least the prison guards allowed her to keep her hair extensions.

According to Neiers, who occupied another VIP cell next to Lohan’s after being sentenced to 180 days in jail for her involvement in the Orlando Bloom burglary, the freckled star was having a very hard time at the time she was brought in. Though she couldn’t hear what Lindsay was saying or what the guards were telling her as a means to comfort her, Alexis did make out that Lohan was sobbing almost constantly. Then again, spending a day in prison is really tough, so it’s no wonder Lindsay cracked up the instant she set foot in it.

“Crying. She was crying. I could hear her. I could start hearing like what was going on in there, I tried to just, really just keep to myself and the last thing I really want to hear, you know, when you’re trying to be so strong and just get through the day. I mean, the days are so long in there, you’re woken up at 5:30. She was crying. She was talking to deputies and, you know, just trying to – I couldn’t really like make it out, but from what I saw the first day, I mean, she was lying in there and just trying to like calm down,” Neiers says of how Lindsay was when brought in at the Century Regional Correctional Facility.

Still, being a star does have its perks, even in jail. “I mean, she got to keep her extensions in and everything, which most people don’t, and the girls were like, ‘Ah, they had to take my weave out and cut it all out and,’ you know, stuff like that. She had her head down when she walked by and she was in oranges, just like us. I wish her the best, honestly, but you know, it’s all up to your mindset, and I don’t know what her mindset is in there. And I mean, from what I understand, she was having medical attention and she was just trying to get – I’m sure she was just trying to get through the days. I mean, it’s hard,” Neiers says.

Hard as life in jail may be, Lindsay Lohan does get to reap the benefits of being a celebrity, as we also mentioned the other day, citing relatives of inmates at Lynwood. For one, she’s not in gen pop but in an isolated cell for her own protection. Secondly, she doesn’t come into contact with anyone but her visitors and the guards. Thirdly and most importantly, she was sentenced to 90 days in prison but will probably walk out in just two weeks – towards the end of this week actually if she’s lucky, word in the industry has it.
