After being one half of admittedly the most troubled and ill-tempered couples in showbiz, Lindsay Lohan is ready to date again and, why not, find love. The actress, who is now in Cannes attending the 2010 Film Festival, is believed to have moved on from the failed relationship with the help of fashion photographer Indrani, who is 13 years her senior, CBS News informs.

The two met last year when Indrani, real name Julia Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri, co-founder of Klinko & Indrani, shot Lindsay for a photospread. Since then, they’ve been on and off, but have decided just recently they want to give their romance a proper try, reports in the media claim. However, both of them are still adamant they don’t want word of their relationship to get out in the media because of the kind of coverage Lindsay usually gets, which would inevitably put a strain on it.

“Say hello to Julia Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri – for short, Indrani – the 36-year-old photographer who is rumored to be Lindsay Lohan’s new girlfriend. The two, who reportedly met at a photo shoot last fall, have been seen together frequently, including at what Fox.com is calling a ‘sensual’ Mother’s Day photo shoot. Indrani, one half of the lens duo Klinko & Indrani, told New York Post today that she and Lohan ‘have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot.’ When asked about the alleged affair by Us Weekly, Lohan said, ‘No, no, no... In NO way am I dating her’,” CBS writes.

Though Lohan herself will not admit to the affair, Indrani’s partner is confirming it for the media. “Klinko, Indrani's business partner, told the New York Post that the photographer, a Princeton grad, is ‘the opposite of a party girl’ and is ‘a good influence on Lindsay.’ […] When questioned about her involvement to Lohan, Indrani tweets back ‘to be or not to be may be’,” the same media outlet says. At the same time, while Lindsay is playing coy, Indrani is dropping hints to left and right on her Twitter, CBS claims, again citing ongoing reports.
