For those of you based in the UK who have been mulling over a Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet, I bring you good news. Popular retailer John Lewis is axing £100 / €120 / $165 of the original price of the device in the country.

With the applied discount, the Lumia 2520 is now available for £299.95 / €359 / $496 in both white and black. If this sounds good to you, you need to hurry because the promotion is said to be ending this week, so it’s not something permanent.

For those who don’t remember, the Lumia 2520 is Nokia’s first Windows RT tablet, that has received pretty good feed-back from users and press alike.

The tablet has a spacious 10.1-inch HD AH-IPS display coated with a protective layer of Gorilla Glass 2 and draws power from a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor combined with 2GB of RAM

Furthermore, the slate is both NFC and Wi-Fi capable. The tablet was recently spotted making a guest appearance in the Jennifer’s Lopez’s latest “I Luh Ya PaPi” ft. French Montant music video, a clever move on behalf of the company, probably aimed at slipping incentives into the minds of Latino music fans, regarding the product.
