Pop singer Lily Allen has just released at the beginning of this week her latest single called “Air Balloon.” The song is going to be included on Allen's upcoming album that is marking her return from music retirement.

Speaking about the album, Lily said people “will find things to get angry about.” She is referring to the controversy sparked by the first release from the album, “Hard Out There.” The song and the video give a rather rude presentation of the current media industry.

The song also addressed the issue of how women are objectified in the music industry, the singer being presented on an operating table, undergoing liposuction under the watchful eye of her manager.

Allen said that the album would certainly get people talking “When you put something out there, people want to write about it,” giving some insight into how the media works. The singer seems to have become very bitter since her return.

As far as sound goes, she told fans to expect a modern sounding pop album. As opposed to her previous albums, which sought inspiration in the past, this one will be looking to the future. However, she still didn't want to put a label on it just yet.
