Liam Neeson is a total class act. On a recent interview with ESPN’s SportsCenter, the actor, a self-titled sports fan, was constantly pressed to talk about the NFL of which he had admitted he had no idea, but still handled it like a boss.

Above is the video.

Asked to give his 2 cents about the recent Jets “debacle” even though he was on the show to promote his new movie, “Taken 2,” Liam opted for honesty instead of pretending that he knew what he was talking about.

“OK, I'll be very honest with you. It's only the second [NFL] football game I've ever been at in my life. I still don't understand the rules... on Sunday I know the Jets got trounced, but it was great just to celebrate great athleticism,” he said.

Still, the ESPN interviewer kept pressing him.

“See, you're speaking ancient Arabic to me buddy... I swear to you... I just don't understand the game. I'm sorry, mate,” Neeson said.
