The actor lets loose with some wicked moves as he gets down to boogie

It looks like the Coachella Festival isn't a place where just regular folks come to lose themselves in the party atmosphere and occasionally good music, it's also a good place for stars to come and get dirty with the rest of the mortals.

And because Coachella is being Instagramed and Twittered every step of the way by the armies of people attending, there is now video proof that Leonardo DiCaprio isn't afraid to let his hair down once in a while.

The video footage shows a man about Leonardo's height and weight dancing wildly for a couple of seconds in the middle of the crowd, as the camera pans over to a woman pointing frantically and gushing at the fact that she's so close to the “Wolf of Wall Street” actor.

Because you can't really see the man's face in the video, some have wondered if that is really Leonardo DiCaprio making a spectacle of himself with some unflattering dance moves. The Daily Mail seems to think that that is really Leo and posts a photo of the actor from the front, in the same clothes.

Just like the man letting wild and loose, the actor can be seen wearing a white polo shirt, gray shorts and a gray cap. And it's a known fact that DiCaprio chose to attend Coachella three-day music festival with 21-year-old model girlfriend Tony Garrn.

Also, it's a known fact that DiCaprio is a big fan of dancing, having displayed some of his prowess in the movie “The Wolf of Wall Street.” In a scene at a wedding, the actor shows off some mad skills and he undulates to the beat of the ‘80s music.

In the video, he kicks and punches at the air as the song “Kids” was being performed on stage by MGMT. He seems to be quite at home and begins dancing with some of the people next to him, showing that he's not afraid to mingle.

Previously that day, paparazzi spotted the actor at the Dessert Pool Party that was held at the Bootsy Bellows Estate.

Still, there might be some of you out there who find it hard to believe that Leonardo, a man who usually kicks it in the most exclusive of circles, would go down to the crowds to enjoy the music and a spot of dancing, rather than being fenced off in the VIP area.

But secretly, all of us wish that it really was Leo and that his dance moves were just as awkward as anyone else's.
