Though PC makers often unveil a certain new laptop or desktop meant to rekindle consumer interest in their product lines, the time also comes when such a company refreshes most of, if not, its entire product portfolio. For Lenovo, that time is now, as proven by its unveiling of not just the IdeaPad Z laptop line, but also of a number of desktop and all-in-one PCs with Full HD video support and DirectX 11.

The desktop that Lenovo will soon start shipping is known as the H320 and is designed as a slim tower PC. Its configuration is centered around an Intel Core Series central processing unit based on the 32nm manufacturing process. This chip is backed up by up to 8GB of RAM. The configuration also includes a Blu-ray drive, 1TB of storage space and an ATI Radeon HD 5570 graphics card with DirectX 11 support.

The two all-in-ones that the PC maker put together are known as IdeaCentre A700 and B305. The former has a 23-inch LCD display and is based on an Intel Core i3, Core i5 dual-core or Core i7 central processing unit. Storage space amounts to a maximum of 2TB, whereas RAM can reach 8GB. There is an optional Mobility Radeon HD 5650 with DirectX 11 support. Finally, the 21.5-inch B305 is powered by an AMD Athlon II X4 quad-core CPU assisted by 4GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, an HD 5000 Series discrete graphics card, WiFi and a built-in DVD writer.

"In the less than three years since Lenovo launched its worldwide Idea brand of PCs, we have expanded our consumer footprint to more than 85 countries, firmly establishing our presence in the consumer PC market," said Dion Weisler, vice president, Business Operations, Lenovo. "Lenovo's consumer business recently achieved 89% year over year growth, outpacing the competition. The latest additions to the Idea portfolio demonstrate Lenovo's commitment to leading the consumer market with stylish, feature-packed PCs that make computing more fun and enjoyable for all."

The A700, B305 (with or without touchscreens) and H320 will debut in June, at prices of $999, $699 and $549, respectively.
