Tablet-laptop convertibles are gaining more and more popularity these days, so many brand vendors have rushed to fill in the demand.

Lenovo released a device along these lines in June. Dubbed the IdeaPad Yoga 11S the convertible came packing Intel’s Ivy Bridge processor. But since then, Intel has pushed out the innovative Haswell chip architecture completely altering the standard for mobile technology.

Now Lenovo has updated its convertible with Intel’s 4th generation processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and is making it available for purchase via Best Buy for $800 / €595 a pop.

The biggest improvement you’ll notice with the upgrade will probably be in terms of battery life, that will be boosted to up to 2 hours, so users can enjoy now up to 7 hours and 24 minutes of run time on a single charge.

Apart from that, users will discover an HD LED 10-inch capacitive multitouch IPS display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The hybrid comes equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
