Dell has pulled the veil off a brand new tablet that comes under the resurrected Venue banner, earlier this month at IDC.

Dell CEO Michael Dell also stated in a recent interview that more tablets branded by the company are coming in the upcoming weeks, which raised some speculation. Was he talking about Venue or an entire different set of tablets?

Nevertheless, he might have been referring to the October 2 event in New York, where the PC maker is expected to shed some lights on its plans. Now it appears this theory begins to take shape.

GeekNewsCentral has stumbled upon information according to which Dell is set to unveil not one, but three Windows 8 tablets. According to them, on top of the already announced 8-inch tablet, the company is also rolling out two 10.8-inch ones.

They also provide specs for the three. Enter the 8-inch model which will come packing an Intel Bay Trail CPU coupled with 2GB RAM under the hood. The resolution of the screen is 1280 x 800 pixels. Dell will also ship the tablet bundled with Office Home and Student 2013.

Moving on, there’s the first 10.8-inch model hiding an ARM Qualcomm CPU under the bonnet with 2GB of RAM. Memory-wise, the two slates are the same. In the resolution department, we have 1920 x 1080 pixel density while battery life is expected to last up to 10 hours.

Last but not least, the second 10.8-inch variant bears the same resolution and same battery life. This time, however, Dell slipped an Intel Bay Trail CPU with 2GB and internal memory of 64GB inside. 4G / LTE is also included.
