Some images of a new phone model from O2 have appeared over the internet. It is called O2 Helen, but it is very unlikely that this will remain the final product name for the handset.

Images for the O2 Helen mobile phone have also come with performance specifications, which make this a phone look like an evolved version for the O2 Stealth handset.

At a first look, O2 Helen looks smooth and stylish, with polished case surface and almost unnoticeable access buttons. At a second look, some images show it full of fingerprints, which might ruin its good looks in real life, when it is not ready for its close up at all times. Even so, the phone's design looks rather good in real life too, with a blue backlight for the easy-to-use buttons. It comes with a 2.4 inch and navigation buttons similar to the iPod design.

O2 Helen supports GSM, GPRS, EDGE and UMTS and has a 520 Mhz Marvell PXA 270 CPU. One useful thing to know is that this handset will also run on Windows Mobile 6 Professional OS, which makes it one of the most evolved devices in its range.

Another interesting aspect about it is that it will have 3G capabilities, which will also contribute to providing fast data transfer. Moreover, O2 Helen will also come with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity available.

This slider phone is equipped with two cameras. The 2 megapixel one will manage to bring high quality captures, while the other 0.3 megapixel one will prove considerably useful for placing video calls. O2 Helen will come with 64MB of RAM and 256MB of ROM and a microSD memory expansion card slot too.

No specifications on the release date or the price that this mobile phone will come for have been made up to now.
