14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has released a statement about yesterday’s leaked video, which showed a release date for the company’s upcoming Halo 4 game, saying that it’s actually fake.
Halo 4 is awaited by millions of fans from all over the world, even if neither Microsoft, its publisher, nor 343 Industries, its developer, has released any major details about it.
Yesterday, it seemed that the first major reveal had happened, as a leaked video gave Halo 4 an estimated release date of November 21.
Microsoft has now commented on the issue, via Game Informer, saying that the video is actually a fake.
"We haven’t officially announced the release date yet but stay tuned,” the Microsoft representative revealed about Halo 4’s launch date.
According to previous rumors, Microsoft will soon reveal when Halo fans will receive the future game, so take any new release dates with a grain of salt until then.
