Lara Flynn Boyle has long been grabbing headlines for her obvious addiction to plastic surgery but, as Radar Online and various other media outlets point out, things have never been as bad as they are today. Her face is literally “melting.”

The once-stunning actress, who rose to international fame on the cult classic '90s “Twin Peaks” series, which was before she started dabbing in plastic surgery, is now merely a shadow of her former self, the aforementioned publication says.

She recently stepped out on errands and, as is usually the case, was snapped by paparazzi. You can see one of the pics taken on the occasion attached to this article.

Google “Lara Flynn Boyle Twin Peaks” to see a picture from back in the day when she was still all natural.

Dr. Anthony Youn never met or treated Lara, but he believes that she's either stopped getting work done on her face or she's going under the knife again to correct previous interventions.

Either way, one thing is clear: she looks like an entirely different woman from the one who shot to fame as part of one the most beautiful female cast ensembles ever to grace the small screen.

“Lara Flynn Boyle's face looks like it's melting. Now her face looks like it's deflated, with resultant loose skin,” Dr. Youn tells Radar.

“I suspect that she's either undergone corrective surgery to reverse some of the work that was previously performed, or has just plain allowed the plumping fillers to dissipate, leaving her with sagging cheeks,” Dr. Youn further explains.

As of now, Lara's more recent photos, showing her with an incredibly deformed trout pout and, as Dr. Youn says, saggy cheeks, have already made the rounds online, sparking quite a debate about how such a beautiful woman could ruin her face like this.

Fans might remember that, shortly after “Twin Peaks,” the actress had some severe image issues, even developing and struggling for years with anorexia.

This might explain why she turned to plastic surgery to make herself feel better.
