14 DAY TRIAL // While enjoying her inspiration break in Rio de Janeiro, Lana had an encounter with fans outside her hotel. Not only did she happily sign autographs and took photos, but she also planted a few kisses on some lucky admirers.
The “Summertime Sadness” singer showed her love for the fans, waiting patiently outside the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio, in what some might say is a unique way. Lana took her time signing autographs, posing for pictures with the fans, and rewarding them with passionate kisses on the lips, regardless of the gender.
The 27-year-old revealed earlier this year that she needed an inspiration break from performing.
“I really feel like I need six months to live again, time to be, like, normal or abnormal. I don’t have anyone writing anything for me. It’s such an internal well and if it’s not full, it’s just not full,' she explained at the time, according to the Daily Mail.
While enjoying her break from performing, the singer was exploring Brazil with her parents, Patricia and Robert Grant. For her encounter with fans, Lana was wearing an outfit made up of a simple white v-neck shirt and a pair of black bell bottoms with lace detail.
When she saw her fans waiting for her, Lana took off her rose-tinted shades and embraced them with passion and gratitude. Later that day, Lana prepared for an expedition to the famous religious statue of Christ The Redeemer, with her family and band members.
Lana has been dating Scottish rocker Barrie-James O'Neill, and she was recently spotted wearing a big ring on her engagement finger. Rumors of the two being engaged started in February, but nothing official has been said yet.
Talking about her next album, Lana admits to having a hard time finding inspiration. “I don't really hear a next one. My muse is very fickle. She only comes to me sometimes, which is annoying,” she told Nylon Magazine.
Maybe after her 6-month inspiration break, Lana's muse won't be so fickle and the “Young and Beautiful” singer will start working on other smashing hits.
