The rings are a concept for the time being

As much as I'd want to, this ain't a wacky sex toy, but a serious and sophisticated GPS interface that wasn't created to discover your mythical G spot, but to spot your location in case you're lost somewhere in the city.

So, ladies, each rough plastic rings contain a vibrator that guides you to your own personal finish line with combinations of gentle stimulating buzzes inserted to direct you, via your fingers to go forwards, backwards, left, and right. Both buzz when you're going in the wrong direction.

Just as you know, the signal is transmitted to the rings, inside of which the manufacturers inserted a small vibrating motor and antenna. The device was developed by British designer Gail Knight, as "a way of helping women feel safe in areas they are unfamiliar with." Hell, ya! She is a woman and she knows we're terrible with coordinates.

The device includes a wireless remote that lets you input up to 8 characters, which is about enough for a zip code. A zip code is an awfully vague area in which to navigate, and most women would prefer to be able to reach a much more specific destination.

According to BBC, Philip Dodd, chairman of Creative Cities Networks, said he thought the rings had a good chance of becoming popular gizmos in the future. He also stated: "I've just been in Tokyo, and there are no street signs in Tokyo, and I can't read a word of Japanese, so when I come out of the subway I am completely lost. So the notion I could have a GPS that would direct me and make me a kind of 'literate tourist' in Tokyo would be a wonderful thing."

These rings are a concept for the time being, but if they ever reach production, these vibrating rings could do wonders in helping you get to? the right spot. Unfortunately, this ain't nothing more than a titillating concept.

I repeat: do not try to wear this any other way than on your fingers!
