Is Valve hinting at a videogame adaptation of the TV Show?

It seems that game developers are human beings after all, since they watch TV and have hobbies, like creating in-game content related to their favorite TV shows. This is also the case of the guys from Valve, who included some LOST easter eggs in Half Life 2: Episode 2. One of Kotaku's readers first saw the famous string of numbers from the TV show on a computer screen in the game's second level.

"4 8 15 16 23 42" is a string of numbers that have a vital meaning in LOST, so the Valve developers must be true fans of the ABC TV show, since they displayed it on a CRT screen and placed it in a blocked room. I wonder if there are any other LOST easter eggs in the game, or in other major titles for that matter, considering the popularity of ABC's blockbuster show. Are we being tipped about a future game based on the TV show's universe and produced by Valve?

They've done a terrific job with the latest Half Life title and they might turn the now decaying LOST show into a great game. Usually references to major movies and other games are included in fun titles as parodies. Remember Daxter and his Matrix level on the PSP? And I won't even begin to count the parodies featured in The Simpsons Game, most of them being game-related. Such tributes usually grant rewards to the people creating them, so I wouldn't be surprised to see some dude playing Half Life (any of them) in one of the future LOST episodes (if they're going to continue the series).

I, for one would really be pleased to see a videogame adaptation of the TV Show created by Valve, since they've shown their skills with the latest Half Life title and I bet that they can recreate the tense atmosphere from the godforsaken island, satisfying the fans' need for a LOST gaming experience.
