The next high-end LG phone

LG today unveiled the future release of what the South Korean company presents as the thinnest 5 Megapixel mobile phone (only 14.9 millimeters in thickness). Part of the Black Label Series, which includes the highly popular LG Chocolate and LG Shine phones, the new device will come with tons of style and a wide range of advanced features.

Most of these features were not made public by LG, and nor was the phone's name. However, the handset is probably KF750, that we first heard about more than one month ago, when details and images with it were unveiled.

Besides the 5 Megapixel camera with flash and auto focus, the future LG phone will also (apparently) have a scratch-resistant display, 3G connectivity, 160 MB of internal memory and microSD card support for an extra of at least 4 GB. Everything is packed into a nice looking case, resembling the other two Black Label handsets (Chocolate and Shine), but also other KF models, including KF600. Even more, the materials used for the new handset include "tempered glass" and "carbon fiber", making it a pretty solid phone.

The official name of the new high-end LG will be known on the 24th of April, at the same time with the phone's launching. We're not sure if this date coincides with its commercial availability, but LG says the handset will first hit the European market. Other markets will follow soon after, meaning Asia and, probably, North America too.

Knowing how successful the Chocolate and Shine phones were and still are, the new Black Label handset has high chances to be the next LG hit. There are no pricing details yet about it, but we can't really expect the slimmest 5 Megapixel camera phone to be an affordable one, right? Anyway, let's hope the South Korean company won't make it too pricey either.
