LG has released its latest high-end touchscreen phone, the KF750 Secret, in Asia, during the CommunicAsia fair held in Singapore (June 17 - 20). After being launched in Europe at the end of May and in South America (last week, as LG KF755), the Secret is now ready to lure Asian users who want fashionable handsets that are, at the same time, highly-featured.

LG Secret is the third phone from LG's Black Label Series, after the Chocolate and Shine models, that reached more than 25 million units sold worldwide.

Coming in a slider form factor, LG Secret is built out of exclusive materials including tempered glass and carbon fiber. The nicest features of the handsets are: a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus, flash, face detection and video recording, a 2.4 inch TFT touchscreen display (262K colors and 240 x 320 pixels), a "Touch Media" interface, Video and Music players, TV out, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, full HTML browser, email, document viewer and so on.

Talking about the new phone and its Asian release, Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, said: "LG Secret inspires timeless elegance with its premium materials and today's most innovative mobile technology, a mark of true premium mobile handset. We expect the introduction of the third LG Black Label Series will continue to raise our position as a premium brand in the Asia Pacific in the second half of 2008."

LG said that the KF750 will first be available in Singapore. Shortly after (meaning by the end of July), the handset will also go to India, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. The retail price of LG Secret for the Asian markets has not been announced yet. However, it will probably differ a little from country to country, but it shouldn't be more than the equivalent of $700.
