Showcased for the very first time at Computex 2011, LG's elegant V300 all-in-one system has recently been launched in Korea, the hardware maker expecting the unit to soon become available in other parts of the world.

The V300 AIO is housed inside a stylish 23-inch 1.8-inch thick chassis that also incorporates a so-called Film-type Patterned Retarder (FPR)-enabled IPS screen which can display 3D images by using polarized glasses.

In addition to its 3D capabilities, the 23-inch LED-backlit panel has also been fitted with three individual camera sensors that should provide accurate multi-touch functionality.

Moving to the inside of the all-in-one system, we are greeted by three Sandy Bridge processor options, including two Core series CPUs and the recently announced Pentium B940, that should fit the budget of more price weary customers.

The fastest of the two Core chips is the i5-2410M which includes dual processing cores with Hyper-Threading support, 3MB of Level 3 cache and has a base frequency of 2.3GHz, while the maximum Turbo clock speed is set at 2.9GHz.

Intel's processors can be paired with as much as 8GB of DDR3 system memory, hard drives up to 750GB in capacity and with a discrete AMD Radeon HD 6650M GPU seconded by 1GB of DDR3 video buffer.

Connectivity options include WiFi, Gigabit LAN and Bluetooth 2.1, while the rest of the specifications list includes a 720p webcam with stereo microphones, a Blu-ray combo optical drive, an HDMI output, an optional TV tuner and a pair of USB 3.0 ports.

Pricing hasn't been announced just yet, but the LG V300 was already launched in the Korean market, while Europe is expected to get the system in September. LG has also announced its plans to sell this in other regions, including Asia, Africa and the Middle East. (via VR-Zone)
