LG has already launched its flagship smartphone, the G4, but that won't be the only high-end handset the South Korean company plans to launch this year.

Just like HTC which launched a few beefed-up variations of its flagship smartphone, the One M9, LG is likely to release an enhanced version of the G4.

Dubbed LG G4 Pro, the smartphone has just been leaked via Russian blog MobileTelefon.ru and judging by the specs, it will be the company's next flagship handset.

The G4 Pro has much better specs than its predecessor, though most consumers would be content with what LG G4 has to offer in terms of hardware.

Anyway, it appears that LG plans to launch its first smartphone powered by 4GB of RAM. Apart from that bump in memory, the G4 Pro will also be one of the first to ship with Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 820 chipset inside.

8MP front camera and 5.8-inch Quad HD display

Another major improvement would be the impressive 27-megapixel photo snapper on the back, which will probably be provided by Sony. In the front, there will be a no-less-impressive 8-megapixel camera for state-of-the-art selfies and video calls.

The G4 Pro is expected to come with either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, but users will be able to further expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Last but not least, LG G4 Pro is said to boast a larger 5.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels resolution).

When it comes to design, the G4 Pro has been confirmed by the “rumor mill” to feature a metal build, but either than that we don't know anything else.

LG G4 Pro is expected to be unveiled sometime in October, or at least that's when it's supposed to go on sale. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
