LG G4 has been officially unveiled in late April and it's already available for purchase in South Korea. Unfortunately, it will take about one more month for the smartphone to arrive in North America.

Most major carriers in the United States and Canada confirmed they would offer the LG G4, but neither announced when exactly they would start taking pre-orders and/or when it hits shelves.

Some operators offer customers the option to find out when the smartphone will be up to purchase through their official retails channels by registering on their websites.

However, at least one Canadian carrier confirmed that LG G4 would hit shelves on June 19. WIND Mobile also announced that they wouldn't be taking any pre-orders for LG's flagship smartphone, so those who want it will have to wait until June 19.

Obviously, there's a high chance that other Canadian carrier will actually take pre-orders for LG G4, but for the moment we don't have any confirmation on the matter.

The smartphone will first arrive in the United States

According to previous information leaked online, LG G4 is expected to arrive at T-Mobile USA on June 2. Moreover, the smartphone is likely to cost $700 outright, but the Canadian price has yet to be confirmed.

Speaking of Canada, LG G4 will go on sale at Rogers, TELUS, Bell and Videotron, and it should be available in different color options, including ceramic metallic grey and black genuine leather.

The smartphone will be delivered with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and LG Optimus UX 4.0 UI on top. It will also sport a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

LG G4 will be powered by a 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, an Adreno 418 graphics processing unit and 3GB of RAM.

It will pack 32GB of storage and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 128GB). Last but not least, the G4 boasts an impressive 16-megapixel photo snapper on the back, as well as an 8-megapixel camera in the front.
