US-based carrier Sprint has just confirmed that it will open pre-orders for the LG G3 on July 11. The smartphone will be available for purchase for “well-qualified buyers” for $0 down (plus tax) and 24 monthly payments of $25 (€18).

New and existing customers who acquire the LG G3 using Sprint Easy Pay from July 11 through July 24 and register by August 7 will receive a $150 (€110) reward card.

Those who buy the smartphone from July 25 through August 14 and register by August 28 will receive a $100 (€75) reward card.

The registration is required for those who purchased the smartphone so that they can claim the reward card. Obviously, you need to be an active Sprint customer in good standing for at least 45 days to qualify for these early bird purchases.

Aside from the fact that it comes with a stunning 5.5-inch display that supports Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating, the LG G3 is also preloaded with Sprint’s exclusive Accessible Now startup wizard, which allows users who are blind or visually impaired to take advantage of Google TalkBack service.

“With the LG G3, Sprint customers will have the first Quad HD smartphone with a laser auto focus camera in the U.S. market,” said Morris Lee, senior vice president and head of North American sales and marketing, LG Electronics MobileComm.

“We’re confident that these high-end, premium specs matched to the Sprint Spark network, along with the G3’s intuitive and simple user interface, will delight existing Sprint customers and help attract new ones,” added Lee.

Furthermore, LG’s flagships smartphone is a Sprint ID-capable device, providing users with accessibility-themed ID packs to accommodate various accessibility needs.

As expected, LG G3 is fully compatible with Sprint Spark, which offers super-high-speed network capability that would see data being delivered with an average wireless speed of 6-15Mbps and peak wireless speeds of 50-60Mbps. The smartphone is also packed with HD Voice support.

Other highlights of the smartphone include a powerful 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory.

LG G3 also boasts an enhanced 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with laser focus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, and 4K video recording. There’s also a 2.1-megapixel camera in the front for video calls.

On a side note, LG G3 will be available in the US through other major carriers as well, including AT&T and Verizon, so it’s up to each and every one of customers to choose their favorite variant.
