Starting today, mobile phone users in the United States can pre-order the LG G Flex smartphone on the network of wireless carrier AT&T.

The handset was officially announced for the US market during CES 2014 in Las Vegas, when LG confirmed that it would hit shelves at various wireless carriers in the country.

AT&T was one of the operators confirmed to carry the device, and the company is now allowing its users to reserve the phone.

Those who would like to grab the LG G Flex will find it listed on this page on the wireless carrier’s website, with a price tag of $299.99 (€219) attached to it, with the signing of a two-year contract agreement.

In case there are some of you who would rather buy the phone without a contract, you would have to pay $694.99 (€508) for it. Pre-orders are expected to ship to users on February 4, Android Police notes.

In case you haven’t had the chance to read more on LG G Flex, you should know that it was launched last year with a large 6-inch touchscreen display that can deliver a 720p resolution.

It is a curved screen, capable of providing users with “an engaging cinematic experience,” as AT&T explains.

The mobile phone also comes with a 2.26GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor inside, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

On the back, the new device features a 13-megapixel camera with support for full HD video recording, complemented by a 2.1MP front camera for making video calls.

The specifications list of the new mobile phone also includes 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, GPS receiver, and the usual set of sensors.

LG G Flex is powered by a 3500mAh battery that can deliver up to 19.4 hours of talk time, or up to 29 days of standby time. The smartphone runs under the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
