Following her death last week after committing suicide, it is now revealed that fashion designer L'Wren Scott is going to be buried in a “very small and private” procession that is said only to include close friends and family.

Scott was found dead in her New York apartment last Monday, after having been the host of a fancy dinner party that included some famous guests. The girlfriend of the Rolling Stones Mick Jagger had stayed behind from their Australian tour and was said to be depressed.

As news of her death became public, Jagger canceled the entire leg of his tour and came back to America. Soon after his arrival, there were reports that he planned to have the funeral in Los Angeles, something which apparently didn't sit too well with some members of her family.

Her sister Jan, a devout Mormon, claimed that L'Wren should be buried on the family plot in Utah. Meanwhile, her brother Randall claimed to be in direct contact with Jagger and approved of his intentions to bury his sister in Los Angeles.

Today, a source close to the family claims that her funeral “is likely to be a very small and private service,” according to The Sun. “Mick is being supported by his family and working with L'Wren's brother Randall,” added the source.

On Sunday, Scott's body was taken from the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel in Manhattan and taken to Hollywood Forever Funeral Home and Cemetery which is also the final resting place for other stars such as Jayne Mansfield.

Jagger was clearly shaken by the news of his girlfriend's death as they had been together for 13 years. In fact, there was some speculation that one of the reason's the designer ended her life was because of his inability to commit and get married.

Other malicious reports spoke that Scott was creating a rift between Mick and the rest of the members of the Rolling Stones, which earned her the nickname “Yoko,” a reference to Yoko Ono, the woman who is widely believed to have caused the breakup of The Beatles.

These rumors have been since debunked by the members of the band, but it's been revealed that Scott might have killed herself over the precarious financial state of her fashion company that was bailed out on numerous occasions by Jagger.

Meanwhile, Jagger has been spotted spending time with his children, searching for a cemetery and taking time to grieve this sudden and unexpected loss.
