The video sees the diminute Kylie rocking jeans hotpants and a leather jacket, as she travels through London, doing various kinds of minor illegalities (stealing a phone, for one) and fun stuff (filming herself with it).
By the end of it, she removes the outfit, as minuscule as it was, and is standing and dancing in what looks like a crocheted mini dress slash glorified swimsuit.
The beat is fast, the track is catchy and the video is on fire. What more could you ask for? Enjoy!
