14 DAY TRIAL // Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson broke up some time ago but she’s still hoping they will get back together someday. In the meantime, the stress of the breakup is making her lose her hair.
The Daily Mail has photos of the actress on set in Germany and they clearly show a balding patch on the side of her head.
Had this been any other celebrity, one could have assumed the hair loss was due to extensions, which are known to be so damaging as to cause balding patches.
However, Kristen has never worn extensions, save for one occasion, when she had short hair after playing Joan Jett and had to get back into her Bella Swan character in “The Twilight Saga.”
“Kristen, who usually conceals her locks beneath hats and caps, was pictured in Berlin, Germany, last month displaying the dramatic hair loss on the right side of her scalp – thought to be down to stress,” the British tab explains.
Friends of the actress reveal that she’s been under a lot of stress in recent months because of the Robert Pattinson breakup: she’s still upset about it and has not lost all hope of reconciliation yet.
“Kristen's circle are so concerned about her that two of her friends have flown to Germany to see her. They want to take her to a de-stressing yoga retreat on the outskirts of Berlin,” an unnamed insider reveals.
They aren’t stopping here either, having also turned to Pattinson for help.
“They've also begged Rob to visit her on set. They fear the stress is getting worse because she's been trying to make contact with him and he's ignoring all of her calls,” the tipster shares.
Kristen and Robert started dating sometime during the production of the first “Twilight” movie, but they didn’t go public until a couple of years later.
Before the final installment, “Breaking Dawn Part 2,” came out, she was photographed kissing a married man in a parking lot, which led to the demise of her romance with the handsome Brit.
They reconciled after a while but eventually went their separate ways.
