“Twilight” actress covers Marie Claire, tackles more personal topics for once

Kristen Stewart is notoriously media shy, to the point where she even directly refused to answer personal questions in interviews, if she happened to be promoting a film when they were asked of her. Her latest interview with Marie Claire is different in this regard.

The “Twilight” actress is the face of the latest Balenciaga fragrance, Florabotanica, so the interview is probably supposed to promote the collaboration (quotes via StarPulse).

The only thing Kristen says on the topic is that she likes being a designer’s muse, as the rest of the interview tackles, for once, more personal topics – like Kristen’s idea of true love and plans for a family.

“You don’t know who you will fall in love with. You just don’t. You don’t control it,” she says.

Some e-zines speculate that this is Kristen’s response to the scandal she was involved in a couple of years ago, when her much-mediated romance with Robert Pattinson, her co-star and love interest in “The Twilight Saga,” came to an abrupt end after she was photographed kissing her “Snow White the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders, a married man at the time.

“Some people have certain things, like, ‘That’s what I’m going for,’ and I have a subjective version of that. I don’t pressure myself… if you fall in love with someone, you want to own them – but really why would you want that. You want them to be what you love,” Kristen continues.

She tells the mag that she’s positive she wants kids because she had such a happy childhood, and she wants her own children to experience that. However, don’t hold your breath for that to happen just yet, because Kristen is not a planner type of girl.

“I mean, at this point, I can’t even tell you if I want to hang out on Saturday. […] I had it too good [as a kid], to not have that, too. If I were to put money on it, definitely, yeah. But you earn that, like, that’s so not here yet,” she says.
