14 DAY TRIAL // Just the other day, a fresh report was saying that Kristen Stewart was so upset that she broke Robert Pattinson's heart by cheating on him that she was no longer eating or showering. Clearly, that was an exaggeration, as new photos confirm.
For the first time in a few weeks, Kristen has been photographed out and about and, as expected, she didn't look pleased to face the paparazzi again, not after what they did to her.
We should note that the only reason she was caught cheating on Robert with Rupert Sanders, who directed her in “Snow White and the Huntsman,” was because she was photographed by the paps kissing him in an LA parking lot.
PopSugar, which also has the photos, notes that Kristen looked good, all things considered.
“Kristen Stewart emerged Monday in LA for the first time since her cheating scandal with Rupert Sanders late last month. Kristen stayed low-key in a backward hat, though she did put her toned abs on display in a crop top,” the e-zine says.
It also notes that Robert has already come out of hiding after the scandal, to promote his latest film, “Cosmopolis.”
In interviews so far, he's managed to gracefully avoid answering questions about the breakup, always bringing the focus back on the film, which has already won critics' approval.
“Kristen, meanwhile, has skipped her recent promotional duties for On the Road, leaving costar Tom Sturridge to attend the London premiere with fellow castmates Sam Riley and Danny Morgan last week,” PopSugar says.
“She is reportedly planning to make an appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival next month, though, when the movie screens at the annual event. Kristen also has Breaking Dawn Part II coming up, though the latest is that she, Taylor Lautner, and Rob have decided to skip upcoming Twilight conventions this time around,” adds the same media outlet.
As per reports, Kristen and Robert are no longer an item, so it would only make sense to avoid awkward moments on the red carpet by cutting down on the number of appearances, without damaging the film's odds at the box office.
