14 DAY TRIAL // Judging by how big their engagement night was, it's pretty safe to assume that the wedding of rapper Kanye West and reality star Kim Kardashian is not going to be an intimate affair. Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, has just come to confirm that the Kimye wedding is going to be an all-out bash.
Speaking with People, Kris said that the one detail she can give about the wedding is that it's going to be big. “We have a pretty big family” she told People, “I don't think it will be two people in a chapel, if you know what I mean!”
The fact that the wedding was going to be big was sort of self-explanatory, what the people really wanted to know was WHEN the wedding was going to take place, but Kris kept her mouth shut for that one. All she said was “hopefully it will be soon.”
She only hopes that she gets to have a say in the whole process, because both Kanye and Kim are “very creative minds … and they definitely have their own ideas.” We all know Kanye sure has a lot of ideas, now that it has transpired he was actually the mastermind behind the intricately weird Kardashian Christmas card.
Also, he really showed his creative side when he decided to propose to Kim by renting out the entire AT&T Stadium, bringing out a 50-piece orchestra and plastering his proposal on a big screen.
As far as the wedding plans go, there have been a couple of rumors making rounds. One is that the couple are looking at the Versailles Palace as the venue – that's right, the Versailles in France, as in the royal palace, which is like wanting to have your wedding at the Buckingham Palace.
The other rumor is related to the wedding dress, and it also shows the couple's proclivity to royalty. It seems that Kim wants her dress to look more or less like the one Kate Middleton wore during her infamous wedding to Prince Harry.
But this is all just speculation at this time. The only real fact we can relate at this point, is the one that Momma Kardashian just bragged about: the fact that whatever it looks like and wherever they hold it, the Kanye-Kardashian wedding is going to be big.
