14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner found the perfect way to look gorgeous at the reality star’s wedding: with a facelift. After getting the procedure done some weeks ago, Kris debuted her new face during a shopping trip on Friday.
Dressed in a navy suit with heavy golden accessories and just as stylish as ever, Jenner hit the DASH store in Los Angeles with Insider host Lara Spencer, and even agreed to pose for the paparazzi, HotMommaGossip writes.
She seemed quite aware of the interest people were taking in her face, especially since scenes from the facelift were included in “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
Even though she looks great, word online has it that she really didn’t need the surgery, even considering that she wanted to look her best for Kim’s August wedding.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher explained in a recent interview (cited by the aforementioned e-zine) that it was for this special occasion that Kris wanted the intervention, so it’s not just speculation, it’s fact.
“To be even more beautiful for Kim’s wedding, I performed a Format Face Pinnacle Lift on Kris Jenner. This is a very customized premium quality, natural face rejuvenation procedure designed to freshen up and open the eyes, elevate the cheeks, and provide youthful contours to the jawline and neck,” he said of the intervention.
As for scarring and swelling, Dr. Fisher says they’re both minimal with this type of surgery.
“This procedure allows quick healing. She looked gorgeous before of course and looks absolutely stunning now and is very happy with the results,” he said in the same interview.
Kim and fiancé Kris Humphries are yet to confirm August for their wedding but, since Kris went through all this trouble already, it’s not hard to assume that this is when the special event will take place.
Word in the media has it that it will be over the top in a very Kardashian way, because Kim wants it to be able to rival the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
