As if his ongoing divorce from Kim Kardashian wasn’t enough of a legal bother to keep him and his attorney very busy, Kris Humphries has just been sued by a Beverly Hills luxury clothes retailer for basically lying to get a considerable discount.

TMZ has obtained the papers filed the other day, and reports that Humphries is accused of violating a spoken understanding between himself and Scott Hill.

Said understanding allowed him to spend a fortune on designer clothes at a discount, the lawsuit alleges.

“K.H. is being sued by Scott Hill – who claims he was approached by Kris and Kim Kardashian a few years ago in the hopes he would provide clothes for Kris,” the celebrity publication writes.

To confirm that, it even offers paparazzi photos of the two inside the store and on their way out.

“According to the lawsuit, Hill says he struck an interesting deal with Kris – I'll give you a 30% discount on clothes if you introduce me to at least 2 of your NBA player friends to my store within 12 months,” TMZ writes.

“Hill says the NBA players didn't even have to buy anything – he just wanted an intro. According to Hill's suit, Kris agreed to the deal and proceeded to buy more than $46k [€35,079] in merchandise using his massive discount,” the same media outlet notes.

Not only did Kris not keep his end of the bargain but he also failed to pay all he was due: he still owes over $6,000 (€4,575) for the clothes he bought.

“Hill's suing for more than $52k [€39,655] in damages... plus interest. No word back from KH's camp,” says the aforementioned e-zine.

As noted above, Humphries is now duking it out in court with Kim Kardashian, to whom he was married for just 72 days. She wants a divorce but he’s seeking an annulment on the basis of fraud, saying he was somehow duped into marrying her.
