14 DAY TRIAL // No wedding bells for Kourtney after all, and it looks like the only bride-to-be in the Kardashian family is Kim, at least for the time being. Despite rumors of an impending marriage with long-time partner Scott Disick, Kourtney Kardashian is said to be happy with her current situation and isn't thinking about matrimony.
It's been speculated for the last couple of weeks that Kourtney and Scott were planning a marriage ceremony, but now E! Online is claiming that it's all speculation and that, according to an insider, the couple is “very happy as is.”
“It's not happening,” says the insider when referring to the supposed wedding. The reasons why the media is so eager to pair these two up is because they've been together for several years and also have two children together, son Mason, 4, and daughter Penelope, 21 months old.
“They're very happy as is. It's a story the tabloids revisit constantly but there's no truth to it and never has been,” adds the same source. Kourtney is busy working on her career at the time, as she plans to debut her own reality show this autumn with her younger sister Khloe, called “Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons.”
Meanwhile, Scott is said to still be in mourning after his father Jeffrey, who sadly passed away less than three months after his mother, Bonnie, but will more than likely join the sisters on their new venture out in Long Island.
The rumors of Disick's wedding to the Kardashian sisters revolved around the fact that Khloe was planning a “spectacular” wedding in Mexico, one that would not only rival, but upstage her sister's Kim French nuptials to Kanye West.
Fortunately for the wellbeing of the clan, you'll be happy to know that there is no such plan for a dramatic competition of weddings, nor is Kourtney pregnant again, as it was also rumored. The insider who confirmed that there would be no wedding also blasted the pregnancy rumors as false.
This means that the family now has enough time to prepare mentally for the wedding that's going to blow all other weddings out of the water. Remember that Kanye has promised it's going to be huge and have a theme out of this world, not to mention the fact that it's very exclusive and has a security regime that reminds people of occupied France.
