If the allegations are true, Scott Disick is not the child's real father

A 29-year-old male model is suing the Kardashian clan over paternity of Kourtney Kardashian's son, Mason.

Michael Girgenti claimed that he met Kourtney in 2009 and they were intimate after taking part in a photoshoot.

The reality TV star did indeed participate in the shoot. A snapshot from the event has been attached to this news blog.

Girgenti has filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court and he is demanding that the court make Kourtney and her son submit themselves to DNA testing.

“After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder,” Girgenti says, as relayed by Daily Mail.

He is also asking for joint custody over the star's three-year-old son. He describes meeting her when she and Disick were not in good terms.

“She wanted to hang”while the couple were “on the outs,” Girgenti adds.

“I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he's my kid - he deserves to know his real father,” he describes.

He claims that he met Kourtney again in March 2009 and carried out a full-fledged affair with her. Mason was born the same year, on December 14.

The Kardashian is reportedly “furious” over the claims, dubbing them “preposterous and an outrageous lie” via a statement reported by a lawyer for “Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.”

The attorney has conveyed that the couple believe this to be a “shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories.”

“This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.

“We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading,” Kourtney's lawyer, Todd Wilson comments on the issue.
