Kourtney Kardashian’s figure has already bounced back from her second pregnancy: she’s healthier than ever, back to her pre-baby weight and back into her 2-piece swimsuit, as the latest cover of Life & Style magazine can confirm.

The reality star has opened up to the mag about her diet and how she managed to get her toned figure back, the Huffington Post reports.

As you can imagine, it all boils down to eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise because those extra pounds aren’t going to drop off by themselves.

“I gained nearly 45 pounds [20.4 kg]. I’m 5 feet tall, so that’s a lot!” the star revealed in August.

“Kourtney is wearing sample sizes again, so she’s a size 2. Her figure is amazing!” a source reveals for the latest issue of Life & Style.

In other words, Kourtney is back to her pre-pregnancy weight.

“Kourtney really has no fat on her body. She looks great!” the tipster further says.

Then again, knowing how quickly she lost the pregnancy weight after she gave birth to Mason, her first child with Scott Disick, it’s no surprise that Kourtney had little trouble this time as well.

She’s always been very disciplined and very careful about what she eats so she just upped her workout routine to burn the pounds away.

“Kourtney's workouts have included jogging and lunges and both she and sister Kim are fans of the rigorous Tracy Anderson Method workouts,” HuffPo writes.

Kim might be a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method workouts but, in her case, they have not been paying off as of late: very recent reports note that she’s gained some weight, which could either mean she’s been overindulging and skipping exercise, or she’s pregnant.
