New Native Instruments control/instrument Kore 2 available

It hasn't been that long since the initial release of a Kore controller but it seems like the guys at Native Instruments aren't wasting time at all... and have presented (and made ready for shipping) the second version of this neat and almost revolutionary software/controller/instrument. For those who have no idea so far about what Kore is, I'll just add that we're speaking about a control interface that can integrate and trigger a lot of events and interact with multiple processing engines, allowing you to produce all sorts of tracks and sounds.

The Kore 2 retains the full analog feel of the Kore 1, remaining thus in the area of high-tech, ultra-advanced digital gear that allows the user to interact with it as if everything was indeed "hardware only".

The Kore 2 controller and software is especially modeled to respond to precise needs and it comes with extensive sound libraries that are simply filled with production-ready samples created with the integrated engines of Reaktor, Massive, Absynth, FM8, Kontakt and Guitar Rig. Each of these sounds can be easily morphed using the 8 control knobs available on the Kore 2, corresponding to the similar controls in the software and thus giving you perfect visual integration of hardware and on-screen image.

Kore 2 is infinitely expandable: you can just keep on adding new sounds and instruments using Koresound packs, Komplete 5 or any other Audio Unit or VST plug-ins of your choice. The intuitive Sound Matrix allows the user to fully benefit from arpeggiators, sequencers, studio-grade effects, MIDI files and have everything pre-mapped for instant tweaking. Check out these video files on the Kore 2!

The Kore 2 sells for $559 but an extensive update program is on for the Kore 1 owners, as following:
