New York Knicks player Iman Shumpert has been ordered to remove his hair tattoo depicting the Adidas logo.

As you can see in his Instagram shots, Shumpert has managed to look rather ridiculous, as he is now baring a triangle sign on the back of his head.

“[Sorry] NBA, didn’t realize there were branding issues [with the] logo,” he wrote in the caption.

According to SI.com, it is against NBA regulations to don a symbol representing a specific brand on any part of players' bodied or items of clothing. In fact, their rule book only permits the use of their shoes as advertising space.

Shumpert is currently endorsing the sports equipment company and has tattooed their logo in his hair this week.
