14 DAY TRIAL // There is an old saying which goes something like this: curiosity killed the cat. Well, I suppose the kitten featured in the picture above is proof enough that there is some truth in this saying.
Long story short, Mischief, as this feline is named, very much enjoys spending time with its owner, even when the latter is cooking.
Unfortunately, the cat sometimes gets so caught up in carefully watching its owner's each movement that it pays too little attention to the fact that some of the surfaces it is ready to walk on are actually hot ones.
Wishing to make sure Mischief would not burn its paws while playing the kitchen assistant, owner Jackie Cable got it these heat-proof boots. By the looks of it, the kitten quite enjoys wearing them.
“My cat means the world to me, but cooking anything when he is around is a nightmare,” the cat's owner reportedly said.
“I can relax in the kitchen when I’m cooking now and I don’t have to keep looking over my shoulder to check on him,” Jackie added.
Mischief and Jackie currently live in Newbury, Berkshire.
