She’s also been sporting a platinum blonde bob and a different style of makeup, meant to go with it and give off that Marilyn Monroe / Madonna / iconic blonde vibe.
For recent outings, Kim’s glam squad went for winged eyeliner and nude lips, which was in tone with the new look but didn’t necessarily flatter her.
The other day, the same glam squad ditched the winged eyeliner and went instead overboard on contouring, which left her with darker traces on her nose, giving it the appearance of being crooked.

Kim has never made a secret of how much she owes to good makeup, so she always has her glam squad around and uses only high quality products. Contouring refers to a technique of applying makeup that highlights certain areas and shadows others, as the last photo in the gallery shows.
When Kim posted it online, it sparked a frenzy, with countless tutorials popping up online in a matter of days. Apparently, this look is so flattering and easy to achieve that many women who don’t live in the spotlight tried (and succeeded) to achieve it.
To them, Kim’s makeup blunder should be a cautionary tale: even if contouring looks good when properly done, when it looks bad, it’s hilariously so.
