14 DAY TRIAL // Kim Kardashian may not have broken the Internet with her Paper Magazine photo shoot that saw her take off all her clothes and soak herself in champagne, but she did break the bank. Several news outlets are reporting that Kim is making serious cash these days.
How can that happen, you're probably going to ask yourself, and the answer is simple. People saw Kim in the buff and all of a sudden they all remembered that she had a raunchy tape out. So, they went online and purchased it as soon as they could. Since the site that retails the video, Vivid Entertainment, kicks back some of the money to Kim due to a court settlement, the Kardashian sister is now laughing all the way to the bank.

The Mirror claims that Kim made $50,000 (€40,000) last week alone from royalties and that her “co-star,” Ray J, made almost as much. Since he didn't have to do anything to earn that money, we'd say that he's the clear winner here, but Kim is still the one sitting pretty.
The video which is called “Kim Kardashian, Superstar” and it was filmed back in 2003. Kim Kardashian was dating rapper Ray J at the time and she looks barely recognizable in the recording. Of course, if you'll ask Kim, she's going to swear that she has just changed over the years, grown into a woman. She's certainly not going to admit to any surgery, plastic or otherwise.
Kim's tape has made her some nice bit of money, with Vivid confirming that it's the best-sold naughty tape of all time, surpassing the famous Pamela Anderson recording with Tommy Lee.
Since she's now more famous than ever, Kim has doubled her rates
The Daily Star now adds that Kim's popularity has skyrocketed since the shoot and she can now afford to demand twice as much as she did for endorsements. For the record, she used to ask for a flat million plus expenses on every product she promoted, but now she's already doubled that sum.
Hollywood insiders speculate that Kim's stock has gone through the roof and that she might well surpass her rapper husband Kanye West if things keep going this way, “While people mock her vanity and her reality star background, she is a savvy businesswomen. She knows her body really is her biggest asset.”
Kim isn't showing any sign that she's about to stop anytime soon. She's just launched her newest fragrance and she's began touring the world, landing this week in Australia. She was photographed in a latex pink dress which emphasized her curves and left photographers gasping for air.
The reality star is walking in the footsteps of her mentor, Paris Hilton, whose assistant she once was and who helped her in her initial rise to fame. Paris is also famous for making big stacks of money out of thin air. At the moment, Paris is making “mad cash” DJ-ing, sparking the envy of some of the other players in the industry, like DJ Deadmau5, who publicly lashed out against her on the Internet.
