There is no doubt in anyone's mind that this is the most anticipated event of the year, so that's why tabloids have been scrambling to find out as many details as they could before the party went down.
According to Us Weekly, the day of days is going to be May 24, so mark that day in the calendar, set everything aside and hope that your invitation doesn't get lost in the mail. May 24 is going to be on a Saturday, and at that time Kim and Kanye are going to be in Paris, getting ready for a change in marital status.
The celebrity couple have been engaged since October last year, when Kanye proposed to Kim in a big event that was captured on her long-running reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. At the time, Kanye rented out an entire stadium for the event, brought a 50-piece opera orchestra and had her family hideout in the dark before he dropped to one knee and gave her a huge engagement ring.
Judging by the grandeur of that event and knowing Kanye's flamboyant style, there has been a lot of speculation about just how outrageous their wedding was going to be. Reports spoke of an event that was going to be hosted at a French palace, with expensive foods and several unique experiences meant to impress guests.
However, the bride-to-be recently opened on Ryan Seacrest's radio show to reveal that she wanted a “super, super small, intimate wedding,” which went against everything that insiders were reporting from behind the scenes of the preparation process.
This is the one matter that the couple might end up fighting about. Of course, for Kim, this isn't the first time she's going to walk down the aisle, so it's natural that she should want to keep it small, whereas for Kanye, being the first time, he wants to awe people in an over-the-top event, much like he does with his concert performances.
Those celebrities that will be lucky enough to be invited to the wedding are said to be flown out to Paris by jet a couple of days early in order to make sure that they get over jet lag and have some time to explore the romantic city on their own.
