14 DAY TRIAL // Though it’s not long ago that she was saying that she couldn’t get a proper date, which forced her to focus on her career only, Kim Kardashian seems to have found herself a new beau: Halle Berry’s model ex, Gabriel Aubry.
The other night, Kim and Gabriel, who also has a daughter with the Oscar-winning actress, were photographed together at a Lakers game, sending glossy mags and celebrity e-zines into a frenzy with dating rumors.
TMZ’s TooFab says the two are definitely an item – and claims to have confirmation from a very reliable source close to the reality star.
“Kim Kardashian is living proof Hollywood is a small town, because she’s hooked up with Halle Berry’s baby daddy... sources connected with Kim tell TooFab,” the e-zine notes.
Though they haven’t been dating for that much longer, the two are decided to make their blossoming romance official – and have chosen the Lakers game as the best moment to do so.
“Kim and Gabriel Aubry, a former Calvin Klein model, were spotted at the L.A. Lakers game Sunday night. It seemed innocent enough, but our spies say they are full-on dating and wanted to make the game their first public outing,” TooFab adds.
“We’re told they’ve been dating for a few weeks and, as Kim is telling friends, ‘It’s fun and fresh’,” the same e-zine goes to say.
However, if Kim and Gabriel are an item, either her own mother doesn’t know of it yet or the family is determined to keep the media guessing for another while.
E! Online caught up with Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, and she’s adamant that her daughter and the model are only friends – though she does admit that he’s incredibly good looking.
“You never know who you’re going to run into at a Laker game. He is so nice. He’s a friend of Kim’s... just friends!” Kris says.
“[He’s] a beautiful guy. Isn’t he hot? But they’re not dating. They’re just friends,” Kris adds, also for E!.
